I’ve done fitness challenges before, but this year, I’ve decided to switch it up a bit. I’m going to host a 2014 plank challenge and the challenge will change each month. So, what is January’s Plank Challenge?
It’s simple: every day in January commit to holding a plank for at least 30 seconds. That’s it – just 30 seconds every single day, starting January 1. So…WHO IS IN???
