If you read my post on Christmas, you may remember that I have been encouraged to make one new recipe a week. I’m
excited scared about this public challenge, but determined to pull it off to the best of my ability. So this week, I’m making pan seared soy sesame arctic char. Soy and honey are two of my favorite flavors and I love arctic char. I’m pretty excited about this recipe and am planning on making it Thursday evening.
Since I’m going to be making something new each week, I’ve decided that what I’ll try to do each month is dedicate a blog post to that’s month’s recipes with pictures and notes about how each new dish turned out. In case you are curious, my first project was delicious and I will be having leftovers (there was so.much.food) for lunch today! It was also a good time for me to practice my biscuit recipe. It’s getting better, but still not perfect. More on that project later…
