A Total Body Circuit

July 17, 2013 By: project30in20126 Comments

I created the circuit below because I wanted something that would be easy to do while traveling and that didn’t require any equipment. After doing a fun Pilates workout Tuesday morning, I came home after work and did this bad boy while waiting for dinner to finish cooking. It was the perfect after work workout and I felt sufficiently tired after the second set. Best of all, by the time I finished, dinner was almost ready!

Give this circuit a try!

For dinner, I decided to take the Crispy Chicken recipe I used last week and adapt it to fish. I basically just combined breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and thyme in a bowl. I dipped each piece of fish in milk, then in the breadcrumb mixture. I squeezed a bit of lemon on the fish, then cooked at 400 for 15-20 minutes. That’s it!

What’s your favorite quick dinner?

Enjoy! It’s enough of a challenge (if you do 3x) but quick enough that by the time I finished, my dinner was just about ready 🙂

Nice circuit!! But ugh 30 sec of burpees. I’ll pass lol! I need to start using breadcrumbs! Your fish looks yummy! Hmmm my favorite quick dinner is prob tilapia & veggies or a loaded sweet potato!
