April Abs Challenge – Rock Your Core!

Now that we are all collectively crawling out from under the layers and layers of clothes we’ve been forced to wear all winter it’s time to think about your core. That’s right – a few fabulous bloggers and I are hosting an April Abs Challenge and giving you a chance to both rock your core AND win fun prizes all month long!*

You can see our calendar below to know what’s going to happen each week. How this will work is you can check back here each Wednesday for that week’s workout video and recipe. Then post a picture of yourself on Instagram, Twitter, FB, etc. doing one of our ab exercises and tag us bloggers and use rafflecopter to enter to win that week’s prizes. Yes, I said prizes. This is going to be AWESOME, y’all! I for one could use a reset in terms of my diet and I’m thrilled to work on that as a part of this #RockYourCore challenge.

So, let’s review:

  • Our April Abs Challenge, #RockYourCore starts April 1 and runs through April 30.
  • Each week there are ab exercises and recipes for the week, along with fantastic prizes. 
  • Check back here each Wednesday for a video demonstrating that week’s ab workout and recipes, plus details on the sponsor prizes for that week. 
  • Post pictures of yourself doing the week’s exercises, using #RockYourCore on Instagram, FB, Twitter, etc.

    What a great idea! I will follow along and try to participate as much as I can along with all the other training. I know my core (abs and back) can use more work. I am feeling it after a long bike ride with lots of climbing yesterday (my back is more sore than my quads). I look forward to seeing all the progress!
