Well it’s August. This summer is absolutely flying by and it’s hard to believe that soon, students will be going back to school and (eventually) the weather will stop being so oppressive. I always get a little sad when summer comes to an end, but now that I no longer track the seasons by the school year, it usually feels like summer to me well into September.
With a new month, comes a new challenge. I enjoyed the abs and arms July challenge and wanted to keep up my planks. So for August, I came up with a Plank & Squat Challenge. Enjoy!

This sunmer has definetly flown by. I am doing a 30 day challenge too. I haven’t been hitting the gym as hard as I have been wanting to, so I figure this would be a good challenge. Keep us updated!

I was already doing a plank challenge, but I am totally adding the squats! Woo hoo! I haven’t done one before, so I will let you know at the end of the month how I do.
