Day 17 of 31 Days of Project 30!
Last night I decided to try out a recipe I’d been apprehensive about for awhile. I love beef and broccoli but pretty much have stopped ordering it since it’s so salty and bad for you. Pinterest to the rescue! I pinned this recipe awhile ago decided it would be Sunday night dinner this week. I changed the recipe just a bit – no mushrooms because I don’t like them and no Thai chili paste because I didn’t have any. Everything else is as is.
It’s one of the easier recipes because it uses my beloved crockpot. Seriously, if you haven’t gotten one yet, do yourself a favor and put one on your Christmas list. I ended up seasoning with a little more soy sauce before serving to give it a bit more flavor. This got rave reviews from K and I liked it a lot, as well.
