Eat Pray Run, DC

May 2, 2013 By: project30in20128 Comments

So…you may have noticed that I have a new blog title. When I first started this blog back in December of 2011, the sole focus was on The List of 30 things I wanted to accomplish before I turned 30. Hence, the title “Project 30 in 2012.”  As I worked my way through my list, I never truly thought about what I would do with my blog after I turned 30. Since the big day, I’ve blogged a bunch of food, running, my church and other random thoughts. I began thinking that since the focus of my blog has changed, I should probably change its title as well. I thought about what I primarily write about and all of a sudden…

Eat
Pray
Run, DC

It just fits. Food, faith, fitness – those are things that are important to me and I do all of them here in our nation’s capital, Washington, DC. So there you have it. Eat Pray Run, DC is born. Hope you’ll continue to stick around 🙂

I wanted to let you know that your blog has encouraged me to eat healthier. I want to run too but I’m not there yet. I’ve started with walking for now. Thanks for your inspiration.
