Flipbelt Review + GIVEAWAY!

June 7, 2013 By: project30in201280 Comments

Sometimes you just need a change. I’ve been running with an armbelt for my phone and a Spibelt for my keys, money, etc. for years. It had worked pretty well, but sometimes the armbelt was annoying and would snag something or get twisted or just be a hassle. However, I knew I wanted to run with my phone and I didn’t like how if it put my phone in my Spibelt, it would flop around on my waist while running. I pretty much resigned myself to running with both items.

That is, until I discovered the Flipbelt. What is the Flipbelt? It’s an awesome running belt that has multiple openings, comes in tons of bright colors and is big enough for your phone, keys, money, etc with no bounce. Seriously, that is what made me want to try it out. No bounce is huge for me. So I decided I’d give it a try and see if I liked it enough to switch from my current system. Check out these demos below to see what I mean about why I was intrigued.

I tried the Flipbelt out on numerous runs. I put my iphone, my keys, money, ID and shotblocks in there. I flipped it over and nothing moved while I was running. I loved it. I even rain one morning during the rain and everything stayed dry. The best thing is that I only need to remember one accessory when I’m packing for trips. Sweet!

So, it’s clear that I love the Flipbelt. Enough so that I even use it to have phone conversations through my headphones while I walk my dog. You want one? Enter my giveaway!

I currently use an armband and actually just received another that has an extra pocket for a key and ID. I have been eyeing different belts in consideration of using those instead.

I soooo need one to hold my phone (which I use for tracking my runs and also for music) because the arm bands never stay on my arm right…they always slip! I currently just hold my phone but then it gets sweaty!! That’s why I need this!! 🙂

I actually have a Flipbelt but haven’t used it yet since it was a tad small for me, but now I’ve lost weight in my midsection so I’m sure it would fit now, you’ve inspired me to find it. But I am entering since I get sweaty when working out in the summer so I think I’d need two overall so I can wash one – I need doubles of everything! (I had two armbands…)

I would love to have a Flipbelt because I really don’t have anyplace to carry the things I need with me when I run. None of my workout gear has pockets big enough to fit my essentials (my phone, my inhaler and my keys). I run with a handheld bottle and they are notorious for no pockets. Would love to win this so I can stash my stuff.

My phone armband is getting a bit annoying (and giving me weird tan lines). Also, I’ve been tying my house and car key in my shoe laces, but it’s a pain in the but to have to keep untying and retying my shoes everytime I need to lock/unlock my house door or my car. Lastly, winning this flipbelt would save me some $ 🙂
