Friday Five: Five Fav Fitness Tunes

October 16, 2014 By: Courtney @ Eat Pray Run DC44 Comments

Happy Friday, y’all! First of all, thank you all so much for the kind words on my birthday yesterday. You all are amazing! I’m so excited about this week’s Friday Five. We are talking about five fav fitness tunes. I haven’t run with music in almost a year, but I love to dance and dance = fitness. Per usual, I’m linking up with my girls Cynthia and Mar for the #Friday Five. You can read our linkup rules here. Please note that if you don’t play nicely, we will delete your link. Have a great weekend!

j a n u a r y

I love each of these songs for difference reasons. Both Shake It Off and All About That Bass are just catchy and I find myself humming them to myself while I’m running often! Fancy is fun and I just like it. The Sia song is weird but something about it I enjoy. It is played in my barre class a lot so I associate it with killer barre moves :). And finally, Dark Horse has that beat that gets me every time.

What are your favorite songs to work out / run / dance to right now?

Oh, my gosh…I could listen to All About That Bass and Fancy on repeat all day long and never get tired of them – ha! 🙂 This is a great list, Courtney!! We have lots of faves in common, but I tried to pull some older ones on my list for this post. Hope you have an amazing weekend and that you keep celebrating your birthday; it’s good for at least a week, you know. 😉
