October Challenge Week 1 Ramp Up!

October 3, 2013 By: project30in20124 Comments

You are doing my October challenge, right? Okay, good. Now, since this challenge is particularly accessible I will be offering a different ramp up option each week to make it more challenging for you if you so desire. This will be something you can either add to your pushups or add immediately after you finish your pushups. No pressure to do this, but if you are doing your seven pushups today and feel like, “wow this is way too easy!” then add this week 1 ramp up!

October Challenge Week 1 Ramp Up!

After you finish your pushups, stay in that pushup position and hold a 30 second plank. Remember to keep your core tight, your butt low and your feet hip length apart.

Keep your form!

Keep your form!

Who’s doing a plank after their 7 pushups today??

I”m on it. It’s a good way to get me back into my push up routine. I tend to not do them in the summer, but will start again now.
    thanks for the push!
