October Challenge!

October 1, 2013 By: project30in201217 Comments

I skipped doing a September Challenge but thought it’d be fun to do an October Challenge. This one is pretty simple — push ups! You can choose to do them on your knees if you’d like, but I encourage you to do them on your toes since this challenge starts with just five and we only get to 30!

Get to it!

Get to it!

Who’s in? I’m doing my push ups first thing this morning!

Is it bad that I can really only do girly pushups? But I like this idea, it’s a good thing to do after running since your arms aren’t tired yet!

Nope, not bad at all! But I bet if you stick with it, you’ll be able to move to your toes by the end of the month!
