This was a good week! I was crazy busy — two separate trips to NYC but managed to get in some good runs nevertheless. I was working through a cold and felt kinda meh all week, so I was particularly proud that I ran.
Monday: Rest day.
Tuesday: 4 miles with my run club. It was a beautiful day and a gorgeous run.
Wednesday: Rest day.
Thursday: 4 miles.
Friday: 2.5 miles of hill repeats with my run club girls.
Saturday: 13.1 miles. I ran my own private half marathon on Saturday. I was dreading this run and got all up in my head. You can see the results. It wasn’t a great run but I’m proud that I pushed through it by myself.
I did my first ice bath after the run and it SUCKED! But I do think it was helpful.
