I created a workout aimed at increasing speed and eliminating boredom on the
dreadmill treadmill. I usually do my runs outside because I loathe the treadmill. But sometimes you just have to take it indoors. Give this 40 minute workout a shot when you need to be inside but want to do some speedwork!
I found this to be tough but if it’s too easy for you just ramp up the speed and/or incline a bit. Conversely, if it’s a bit too much of a challenge, just lower the speed and/or incline. Enjoy!
