Spinach Basil Pesto Recipe

September 2, 2014 By: Courtney @ Eat Pray Run DC24 Comments

I love making pastas and pizzas and I’m always looking to do something different with my go to recipes. I usually just add a little olive oil to my pasta but one Sunday I decided to switch it up. I wanted to make my own pesto and didn’t have any nuts on hand so I thought I’d just go with some flavors I enjoy and google assured me that it wasn’t crazy to make pesto without nuts. This pesto is so easy to make and so tasty.

Taking out the pine nuts saves tons of fat and calories too. Simple but yummy!
