In my day job, I lead diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives at a large law firm. I often have people and companies reach out to me to get advice or ask questions. I hope that this page will be helpful if you have come here (probably from my Linktree!) looking for some advice or a conversation.
Who Am I?
I’m a lawyer by training who has lead diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives for the past 9 years. I currently lead DEI at a large law firm and am based in DC but have a firmwide role. I also am the DEI Advisor for Oiselle, a women owed running company based in Seattle. I love learning and helping others learn and working to create a more inclusive and equitable environment. It is both my passion and my profession and I’m grateful for that.
How Might We Partner?
I am often approached with questions or requests to speak to a company or a group. I have delivered talks, trainings and sat on panels for running companies, sports focused companies and a variety of brands. I’m always open to talking about your needs but I have particular expertise and interest in the following topics:
- Crafting a strategic plan for diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Training on how to create an inclusive environment.
- Personal experience on how racism has affected my life, running, professional career.
