Happy Friday! This week’s Friday Five is all about your favorite indoor workouts. As you probably know if you’ve ever read this blog before, my very favorite indoors workout is Pure Barre (curious about a class? Check out this post where I break it all down.) and so since I wrote about Pure Barre very recently, I decided I’d switch it up and share a five exercise full body circuit workout that I’ve created (get it – five moves – five favorite indoor workouts?). Per usual, I’m linking up with my girls Cynthia and Mar for the #Friday Five. You can read our linkup rules here. Please note that if you don’t play nicely, we will delete your link. Seriously. We’ve had a number of people who have been dropping their link, not mentioning the linkup at all and not commenting on ANYONE’S (including the hosts’) blogs. Those links have been deleted and we will continue to delete them. Please follow our rules if you choose to linkup. Okay- bolded rant over. 🙂 Have a great weekend!
This five exercise full body circuit is easy to do anywhere – if you are traveling, in your living room, even in your office (I used to plank in my former office ALLLL the time). It’s an upside ladder workout, so you’ll do each exercise five times through, than four times through, than three and so on and so forth. You can do this circuit just once if you are short on time or you can do it two or three times to really kick it into high gear. Enjoy!
